Delivery & dispatch

Our own stock and supplier-sourced products can take different routes to you. Dispatch time is the time needed before an order leaves; delivery time is the carrier journey afterwards.

Mōsho UK stock

Items held by Mōsho are packed and dispatched by us. Check the product information for availability and dispatch estimates. Postage depends on the packed size, weight and destination.

Supplier UK stock

Some parts are dispatched directly by our supplier. Availability must be confirmed; a catalogue listing does not necessarily mean UK stock. Any next-working-day carrier estimate applies after dispatch, not from the time you place your order.

Overseas stock

Items held overseas may need time for sourcing, international transport and customs clearance. We confirm the route, expected lead time and included costs before accepting an order that needs an individual quote. A UK delivery service alone does not cover an unquoted international journey.

Made to order & backorders

Production or supplier replenishment happens before dispatch. Please confirm the item-specific lead time before ordering. Manufacturing estimates and carrier delivery times are separate; we do not promise a universal turnaround for made-to-order parts.

Charges & separate parcels

Available delivery charges are shown at checkout for supported orders. Items from different locations may arrive separately. Oversized items, special destinations and unconfirmed freight costs require a quote before payment. Please contact us if a suitable delivery option is not available.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed service has been expressly agreed. We will explain the dispatch and delivery arrangements for your order and let you know about material delays. Contact Mōsho if you need help with an order, including items dispatched by a supplier.
